Planning research includes a free "Big Day" consultation. We will determine at what level you are in the process of the coordination of your special event. First things first, your dream and vision should be the reason for the season. The coordination of your event begins with the research and analysis of element providers. We will demonstrate to you several different offers that we have compiled after researching and analyzing each planning element on your checklist. Elements may include: venue, invitations, floral, etc. We will contact all of the necessary persons and make all of the initial appointments based on your availability and the choices that you make after reviewing our element planning research. If you know what you want your event to look and feel like; but do not have the extra personal time to do all of the research and set up the initial appointments, we can assist. |

As we all know, planning an event can be very strenuous. Sometimes things get overlooked or forgotten until it is too late. Sometimes the task is too hefty for you to tackle alone. If you need coordination of an element that was not planned upon, or if you need to make last minute arrangements... or arrangements that are too involved to take on alone; we will make your arrangements and tie up the loose ends so that you can relax. |
