In the first meeting we will go over the event schedule and size, venue, ceremony, vision/theme/style, layout, accessability, accomodations, orientation, color scheme, budget, event element checklist, arrangements and plan execution. |

If you already know what you want your special event to look and feel like, but do not have the extra personal time to make initial contact to set up all of the necessary appointments, we assist you first in the form of research into all aspects of the coordination of your special event. We will then schedule all of the initial appointments and provide you with a personalized event calendar. |

Fee is 12% of total event budget. Fee includes everything from the initial consultation and research; to arrangement execution, arrangement finalization and "Day of" oversight. Fee is based upon the coordination, execution and oversight of element details and the consideration of services. |
